Malaysia radio station

How to evaluate Malaysia radio stations... for me it is a bit boring because for every hour they will be playing the same songs, again and again... how could this be happening? I still prefer to listen to National Public Radio in USA because it has more info and less crap compared to local radio channel. It is not like I am not supportive of these channels, but again listen to the way they talked, it is just plain simple.
